All dogs must be fully vaccinated against Parvovirus, Hepatitis and Distemper, PLUS Canine Cough, within the required timeframes to ensure adequate immunity.
It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure Lucky Dog Boarding Kennels has current vaccination records for their dog. If we do not have current vaccination details on file, we will be unable to accept your dog into the kennels.

Important Information
- All charges are per day, per dog unless otherwise stated.
- Boarding charges are per calendar day regardless of drop-off or pick-up time.
- A minimum two-day charge applies to all boarding bookings.
- Prices are subject to change with a minimum of two weeks’ notice.
- All dogs must meet Lucky Dog Boarding Kennels’ vaccination requirements before boarding or daycare.
- Where dogs of different sizes are sharing, the rate will be based on the largest dog in the group.
Unable to Socialize – Individual Care Boarding
- The normal individual dog or sharing boarding rate applies, plus an additional $20.00 per dog, per day for each dog requiring Individual Care Boarding.
- Individual Care Boarding applies to dogs requiring additional supervision, individual exercise, specialised management or separate accommodation. This may be due to behaviour, aggression, anxiety, inability to safely socialise with other dogs, medical or post-surgery needs, at the owner’s request, or where Lucky Dog considers individual care necessary.
- Please advise us of any behavioural, complex medical needs or special-care requirements at the time of booking so we can ensure we have appropriate space and staffing available.
- Individual Care Boarding is subject to availability and may require separate accommodation or exercise, additional staff supervision, or kennels and runs to be kept available around the dog.
- Lucky Dog Boarding Kennels reserves the right to determine when Individual Care Boarding is required, based on the individual dog’s behaviour, care and safety requirements and the wellbeing of other dogs and staff. Our decision regarding the level of care, separation and accommodation required is final.
- Example: If two dogs are booked at a sharing rate and both require Individual Care, the applicable sharing rate plus $40.00 per day will be charged.
